NPG Management, Inc. is a private investment company seeking unique investment opportunities for its principal and related parties. We invest opportunistically across a spectrum of asset classes, but our primary focus is on acquiring control and non-control interests in established and profitable, small to mid-capitalization, privately held businesses. 

Our investment activities are informed by over twenty-five years of experience making direct and indirect investments in the private equity space. We invest on both an active and passive basis. In those situations where we become actively involved in managing investments, we seek to add long term value through the application of financial, strategic and operational expertise. We are patient investors and typically hold well performing investments for much longer time horizons than the typical private equity fund with a finite lifespan.
